April began her dance training at the age of five specializing in Tap and Hip Hop. She has studied under the B.A.T.D Syllabus for Tap and has received her Associate Teacher Level Certification. She was a dancer and Captain for the Toronto Argonauts Football Team for four years and had the opportunity to travel across Canada performing. April has taught throughout Toronto and the Durham Region for over 20 years at all levels. When April is not dancing, you can also find her in many Stock Photography photos worldwide!

As a Well Being Expert with over 25 years of experience Lisa Berry has built on her earlier career as a weight loss counselor to practice as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Life Coach as she guides people through her Dating Your Diet program that encompasses the aspects of mind, body and inner self to create a healthier life.

Krista is a secondary school teacher and part of her school’s Guidance team, she’s also a mom to a tween boy and teen girl. An avid fitness enthusiast, she became CANFIT PRO certified in 2018, mostly teaching HIIT style classes & SoulBody Barre certified in 2020. Most recently she added the living Clean, nutrition course to her bio.

Tara is a Group Fitness Instructor who was born and raised outside London Ontario. She now lives in Edmonton Alberta with her husband, two young children and two Bernese Mountain Dogs. Tara’s fitness passion is Yoga and Pilates. Holding 10 different fitness certifications and her CanfitPro FIS;Tara has been teaching for over a decade. She loves training on the yoga mat and helping participants find strength and flexibility.

Katherine (Kat) is a Certified Group Fitness Trainer who found her passion at a very young age. She was always active and became involved in Martial Arts which taught her a lot of self-discipline and the holistic way of life. She believes that through the Body, Mind and Spirit connection, everyone’s daily life can be enhanced through achieving life balance. As a mother of three, she understands how challenging it can be to include fitness in our daily routines. That is why she loves to inspire others and brings value to every workout. She adds an educational approach to each session and encourages her clients to have fun while challenging themselves.
