Why dance fitness?
Well why not?! We have so much fun in Fusion Dance Fitness, Zumba, NIA etc that anyone who has experienced the exhileration will tell you that it is the best way to get active and burn calories! The trend is moving towards dance fitness as a fun alternative to traditional aerobic classes with much of the trend attributed to shows like, Do You Think You Can Dance? and Dancing With the Stars!
